Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

What box do I check ?

We are filing the form DE-111 for the next of kin in a probate motion. We want to be the administrators because the next of kin lives out of the state and she is in agreement with this arrangement. What box should we check to accomplish that in the ''PETITION FOR'' section of the first page on the form DE-111 ?
