Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
In ca on a estate trust that not in probait court.can the beneficiary's vote who they want to be as trustee,when the the first trustee resigns and the successor trustee does not want the job. Im in ca as of now there is no trustee. I was told that beneficiary's could with out going to court.
