According to California law when someone dies intestate are half brothers and sisters in the same next of kin order as full siblings and if not where in order are they ?

Only biological or adopted children of the decedent are heirs of the decedent. For example, if your mother died intestate, you and your brother with different fathers are both in line, but your brother with the same father and different mother is not.
