changing a will

my sons are trying to get my money, i want to change my will, but i have some memory issues and am afraid that will impair a lawyer's ability to change my will. can i get some advice?

As long as you can drive your car you can get yourself to a lawyer and change your will. Write a whole new will the way you want it to read and do it soon . You sound fine to me .

If you feel competent that you are aware of what the nature of the changing of the will entails and the ramifications of the changes, then you are competent to change it.

as long as you know that you are disposing of your estate, you have knowledge of your assets, and you know who your relatives are, it is likely that you can still change your will now and make it effective. to do this you will need to retain a qualified attorney who can assist you with the formalities and who will be ready to defend your decisions.
