Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Close a no asset Estate

How do I close an Estate whose only asset was property that was foreclosed on 3 1/2 years after death of our mother. The attorney of record will not represent us because there is no money to pay him.

The bonding company continues to send bills. I am now to appear in Court next month. What do I need to do?
