Complaint procedures

I would like to know how do I lodge a complaint against my

Accountant for not summiting my accounting to a Probate Court . What procedure do I take and who do I make such

a complaint with?

If you are the executor or administrator of the estate, it is YOUR responsibility to file the accounting with the court, not the accountant's. He provides you with the information, and you need to put it into a form that the probate court requires.

there are specific procedures that need to be taken in respect to probate court information submission. the accountant at issue probably does not have a fiduciary duty to submit anything to the court, absent a court order or specific appointment to do so. the accountant is paid to provide the contracting party with the information here, not necessarily the probate court. ultimately, its the executor of the estate to make sure everything is in order so to speak. if you would like further assistance in this matter, contact us today.
