how can i get a copy of all records

I just found out I had a half sister. She died her estate is in probate. I am listed as one of the benefitiaries. How do i get a copy of all records. Even thow it is in the cort systen still. thanks

You need to go to the courthouse and review the file or have your representative do so. You may wish to also have your representative (attorney) make an appearance and to assert your rights. Contact me directly.

You should be able to request them from the attorney who is representing the personal representative (executor) of the estate. They are also available in the court files for the county where the probate is filed.
