Probably not. Your estate is responsible for your debts, meaning that if you have any assets at your death then those assets will be used to pay your debts before being distributed to your family. But unless there is some secondary reason, such as your children agreed to pay your debts, co-signed on a loan/credit card, or used your assets in such a manner that would complicate the payment of your debts (or if you gift them everything to avoid paying your debts). Then most likely no, they are not responsible.
