Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My dad died last week. He was remarried to another women that is not my mom. I went online and found out that his home is not owned by him but by my grandmother in a trust with her name on the trust. She died last year. The stepmom is mean and wont even tell me when my fathers funeral is. Where can I go to find out what is in the trust.

She has it, I'll wager, and you have to take her to court to force the issue. Go see a probate attorney ASAP.

If you are a beneficiary under the trust, you have a right to see the trust terms when the trust became irrevocable, upon your grandmother's death. If you are not a beneficiary, then you have no right to see the trust at all.
