It depends on the terms of the will. The parents' wills may provide that their daughter's share goes to her surviving husband, or they may provide for him as a beneficiary directly. However, if you are asking whether husband's marriage to their predeceased daughter means that he has a right to inherit her share of her parent's estate, the answer is no.
