Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Dissolving a trust after distributions are made

I'm the trustee of my desceased brother's revocable living trust which, I understand is now irrevocable. Once I've distributed all of his assets to those he designated in his trust, how do I end or dissovle or close the trust?

That would depend upon the State where the trust was created and where the assets are located. You should contact an attorney in the location where your brother's estate is located and preferrably, in the same town.
