What documents are needed to prove next of kin to banks of deceased family menber W/O a will or trust?
Can we do this without using a lawer?

With no will or trust, you are going to have to probate the accounts and any other property of the estate, and get a court determination as to who receives the assets per intestate succession law. If the amounts are small, you may be able to do it without a lawyer.
