Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I am the executor of my parents estate. My brother and I are co trustees. My brothers attorney only has to compile the final expenses to the heirs for approval. He has had all the info needed for 2 months. This estate was a simple trust that has taken two years and three months so far.The heirs are complaining to me about all the delays. Is there any way that I can get him to get this completed.I also have a trust attorney and he is weekly e mailing my brothers attorney to see what the hold up is and he is receiving no answers. What can I do if anything. Barbara.

This is a question you should direct to your own trust attorney, who is much closer to the situation than anyone here. He or she can advise you as to whether it makes sense to go to court and try to obtain relief.
