Family Trust vs. Living Trust
Is there such a thing as a Family Trust? Is it the same/similar to a Living Trust? Do we need both? My mother has property in California (both in a trust and in a partnership) and property in Oklahoma (in the same partnership). What do I need to know when selecting an atty. to handle my mother's estate?
