The father of my child hates me so much he tells me our 7 year old will never see a penny of his 20 milloin estate until I am dead. cAN HE DO THIS?

But with that amount of money you should be getting a lot in child support and alimony. He can leave her everything but that it is not payable to her until you are dead.

Agree with the above. You need to get to a family law specialist for support and don't worry about his comments made (obviously) to upset you. Don't give him the satisfaction!
