My father died its almost been a week now my sister told me I have a week to get out of the house and wont let me see the will my father had stated he left the house to me what do I do

Sorry for your loss. Just based on the limited facts in your question, you need to have a consultation with a probate attorney. If you were living in the house, it is likely you can stay for the forseeable future, and are at least entitled to formal notice of 30 or 60 days. You may also be inheriting at least part of the house, even if there is no will. Call a probate attorney today.
