a father dies and will is in charge of a conseverator.HOW DO I FILE AN OBJETION TO probate of a will?He was declared to be unstable and yet he was influened to sign a will.He deliberatlely disinherits one son and does not even mention the other two.He was under the guardian ship in NY for ten years,then moved to ca. san diego and a conservator was asigned to hiem for three years before he died.

You need to contact a probate specialist immediately in the area near the court where the probate proceeding is filed to file an objection to the will and the Court will set it for trial as soon as possible.
