Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My father passed away De. 2003 and his wife wont provide me or my siblings any info. Re. trust etc., my brother says he has a copy of a trust in which he was to be executor, but it was later changed and none of us knows anything about the new trust, Thanks for any help you can suggest.

Check wilth the courts in the county he resided in if anything was filed as to a trust or will. point out to your step mother that you all have the right to tie up any loose ends and that if she will not do what is fair then your brother will act as though he is the executor until she provides proof of the trust having been changed. Also look at prior answers on this site as to similar questions.
