The estate of your father appears to be bankrupt from your dissertation of the facts. You may want to consider obtaining the services of a probate litigation counsel who could employ an investigator to track down the assets if any and the trust documents; maybe a prior attorney who prepared your father's trust has documentation that would assist you in your search. Otherwise, the estate is no longer. You may also want to check to court filings in probate court to determine if an estate proceeding was commenced on your father's behalf.
