Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

my father set up a trust for me that I didn't know about!!

I am 40 years old, married with a child and own a house. My father has always tried to beat the system and the IRS doing things that I never approve of; such as this, he set up a trust in my name and when I found out about it I called the bank and told them that I never knew about the trust and did NOT APPROVE it. My father then told me he removed me, but now he is now being sued in the documents that he was served I as well as my brother were names parties. My brother has been served and I'm afraid I will be served too. Do I have to accept service, even though my father claims he removed me from the site and I have the original letter that I sent to the bank documenting that I never approved this trust?

What are my legal rights?

I agree, you need to accept Service. What was your brother served for? What is the Cause of Action? Is this an IRS audit? A private suit against the trust?

Maybe a little better explanation of some of the details. Please feel free to contact me at 626-578-0708 or through our firm's site at www.No-Probate.com.

Accept service, other than you will have to provide a defense, and that hassle, you have nothing to worry about.
