Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My father-in law left a Will and Trust. His current wife was to remain in the property until she passed and then the proceeds divided amongst her 2 children and myself and his deceased son's(my husband)the children(grandchildren) The Will and Trust by "We the People" is missing and her children are claiming entire inheritance because their mother changed the deed into only who name. And she used an inactive attorney not practicing law

Do you have a question? Seriously, your children (or you, if they are not adults) need to consult an attorney to review all the relevant paperwork. If the wife is already dead, time is of the essence.
