How would I find out the name of the attorney who handled a probate of a will

of a person who died in June 2009 in Hayward CA?

You could go to the Hayward Superior Court to index the decedent's name on the computer. You might even be able to do that on the Alameda County Superior Court's website. If no probate action has been filed, yet, you might ask a family member of the decedent.
