Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

how can i find my parents will? sibling who has power of attorney isn't talking. not looking to take legal action at this time just want to secure a copy. the will has not been probated. thanks.

If your parents have died, their wills must be deposited with the Clerk of Court in the county where they resided, and are public record. If they are alive, no one has a right to see the wills.
