Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Giving a power of attorney to an long divorced wife of a deceased brother to take care of things left from his passing : assets, bank accounts, debts, and property sale to be split up equally between his 3 surviving siblings. She is taking too long to distribute the surviving inheritance by 1.5 yrs. All things have been paid and taken care of yet the Attorney that was hired to assist probate will not answer calls and constantly avoids contact and messages for answers regarding inheritance.

How do I proceed in receiving and distributing moneys to the rightful 3 known siblings. She has in possession the inheritance moneys and will not distribute, she is holding if for her self. Help! What should I do to correct this injustice act?

You Petition the Court for a final accounting and to close the Probate. We have extensive experience in this area and should be able to assist you at a minimal cost.

Please advise where you are located and what Court is the Probate filed in.
