grand parents trust

Both my Grandparents died and there was a trust with about 10 people in it. My uncle is in charge of it when does he have to start dispirsing what was in the will

If there was a trust and your uncle is the Trustee, he must follow the terms of the trust and the answer to your question is contained in the trust document. You should demand a copy of the trust document, to which you are entitled by law. If he refuses, you can compel him by filing suit for an accounting.
