In line with the previous answer, I would want to know: When did your grandfather pass away? Was a probate opened? How were assets of your grandfather held? If a Probate has not been opened, then you can open a Probate to force the Estate to act in accordance with your grandfather's wishes, as set forth in his will. I urge you to speak to an attorney who can look at the specific facts and give you more specific advice.

Although there are a lot of details that need to be examined, the bottom line is that if your aunts are trying to keep you from getting what you are entitled to you will need to go to Court to enforce your rights. You should not delay in doing so, as it could prejudice you from a legal and/or practical perspective. If we can be of assistance, please do not hesitate to call us.
