Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Grandmothers Trust, Valid or Invalid

Three weeks before my father died of cancer my grandmother hit her head. She went into a coma. My father was the executor trustee of her estate. My father died. Six days later my grandmother died. My grandmother left 25000 each to my brother and I. She left 50000, to a son and the remainder of her estate to my father.

There was a clause stating that everyone need to live sixty days to recieve their gifts.

There were no other predeceasments clauses. Is my Grandmothers trust invalid or are my brother and I to recieve my fathers portion? So far we have not recieved a clear answer from two Attorny's.
