Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I am an heir in a probate case. The assets have been sold, taxes paid where applicable, and the estate has been funded. The estate attorney has told me that after the petition for final distribution has been filed (tomorrow) and signed by the judge, she will request a hearing for distribution which takes 4-6 weeks to get on the calender. The court instructions give a different timeline. Am I misinterpreting the instructions for the Stanley Mosk Courthouse ?

When the petition has been signed by the Executor (or Administrator) and filed, the court will assign a hearing date 4-8 weeks out. If the petition is granted, the Order for Final Distribution will be signed by the judge/filed on that hearing date.
