Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
My husband passed away without leaving a will and our house is only in his name, do I have to go through probate ? I have been making all the payments and the maorgage company knows of his death but say they can not help me.Please what do I need to do I was the benificary of his life insurance and of every thing else. thank you if you can help me.
