My husband has not taken his ex wife's name off the title of our home, if some thing should happen to him do i have any rights to this house?

As things stand right now, unless there is a clear agreement to the contrary and/or a quit claim deed, she would get the home if something happened to your husband and you would have to fight for any interest you might be entitled to by virtue of making mortgage payments. Usually these type of things are taken care of when someone gets divorced. The fact that it appears not to have been is of great concern. You need to consult with a lawyer ASAP.
