Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

my husbands grandmother died a few months ago. and now,his father, aunts, cousin and his si have all received there inheradence. Everyone but him. Is there a way to make this fair? How can he request a copy of the will?

He is entitled to a copy of the trust and the will. He may be able to file a petition to heirship to determine if he is entitled to anything. But these types of cases are time sensitive and if He does nothing he may lose the Ability to pursue legal action.
