Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

inheritance and med-i-cal,ssi
I know this gal that is getting a rather large inheritance and she is hiding it from the med-i-cal ,ssi system. i want to turn her in and need to know where to start. from what i understand she is not allowed all she is getting. she already sold her dads car,he passed away nov 5th. she sold it for 10,000. the people put the check under her boyfriends name to hide the money and they will be doing the same with the rest of the money she is getting. how can i turn her in??
