found out after 20 yrs. my uncle left 17.5 % on his company fumds to me and my mom. she past away 6 yrs.ego. never recieved any funds. likewise myself. I had a lawyer send letter to 2 administrators, requesting both inheritance be given to me along with 10% Interest for the 20 years. Haven't heard from them. I have no funds to proceed with additional request. the younger administrator was suprise to find out, his brother fail to supply the finds to his Aunt, and myself. he is willing to go after the other person, how can we do it. i have no funds to continue persuing this person,(a relative) don't want to send him to jail. what can I do. with no funds to do it with? thanks for your help.

If there was fraud or concealment involved, you may have a case against the previous administrator, which may be worth pursuing if the amount in question is more than the attorney fees involved in getting it, and the previous administrator has assets with which to satisfy any potential judgment against him. It's worth seeing an attorney about for a consultation.
