Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
Hello I am instered in doing a living trust with adult children I have read the forms but can I get someone to look over them to make sure that they are done correct and also could you refer someone and how do i go about filling them

You could review some of the responses to probate/living trust questions on this site, see which you like and would be comfortable with as an attorney, and check what their rates are and then contact them. Even though you may have correctly followed all the forms, there may be other issues not mentioned in the forms that need to be considered. it is better to spend a few hundred dollars now then have problems crop up when the property is to be distributed. Both Bryan Whipple and Tim McCormick are very knowledgeable.
