Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Living Trust A, B, C

Condo in name of Trust. 4 yrs. after dad died, Trustee (stepmom) granted condo to herself. Did not replace trust with something of equal value...my sis and I are beneficiaries of Trust. Can she just allocate to self? She never notified us...we found out by accident.

She must follow terms of the trust. If the condo was suppose to go to you and your sister, then it appears that stepmom is trying to steal your inheritance. My firm can help. Contact to us right away for a free consultation.

the trustee appears to have ignored the terms of the trust. you will need to retain a qualified attorney in the county in which the trustee resides to file a petition to have her removed as trustee and to return the property to the trust.
