Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Living Trust for Conjoined Families

I have 3 children and recently married a woman with 4. She owns [mortgage] the home that we all live in now. She is considering making a living trust that will leave the house to her children on her passing. I feel that my children and I deserve a place to live also, and should not have to face eviction if things with her biological children goes sour. My question is, do I have any rights to the property since our incomes are in a joint account and I feel that I am paying half the cost of maintaining the home.
