Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Living Trust

My mother passed away 12/31/07. She had a living trust naming me the executor and giving me POA. She has an annuity & civil servant death benefits. How do I proceed? I have the forms to complete, but the forms have no provisions for living trusts.

A living trust is nothing without assets in the trust. Only assets in the name of the trust are in the trust. The assets you name should each have a beneficiary. Complete the paperwork and the funds will be paid to beneficiary.
