Unfortunately, the trust is not filed. If there was litigation over the trust, then it may be an exhibit to some court papers. If your mother has a safe deposit box, she may have kept it there, but a court order is needed to go open the box, unless you are on the account. If you know when she executed the trust, try looking for a cancelled check to an attorney. Good luck.
