marriage

i got married in nevada 7 years ago and live in califonia - found out we married 30 days before husband's alaska divorce was final. can i marry him again in nevada if i state the first marrige was illegal? what would be the negative affect legally of doing this if we keep it a secret?

Why don't you first check to see if they bother to see if you are already claiming to be married. The only question they may ask is whether you are married to someone else, and that you can honestly answer no to.
