Mom deeded the property to me but property was deeded to a revolked trust . Now she has public guardian . they will not change anything . Anything I can do ?

Should a conservator be named for her?
You need to provide much more information than you have. Better yet, you should schedule an appointment with a probate attorney to discuss your mother and your options.
