Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Hello my mom just found out she has property in Oklahoma. She inherited this property from her father. My mom asked Oklahoma about this property in 1994 and in 1999 and the county clerk claim they did not see anything, and had searched all records and found nothing. Fast forward to 2012. I happened to find court records because an elderly couple wants to buy the property. There are other heirs to this estate and only a few were contacted, my mom was not contacted. The judge signed off on the land and gave it to the couple by default, stating they looked for the heirs of this estate and was unsuccessful therefore the couple gets the land by default. What can we do to get my moms land back? She was told there was no estate.
