I dont want any of the money from probate. What do I need to do.

Advise the attorney handling the estate. They will assist you with a disclaimer or other approach. You should be aeware that, if you disclaim, you have no say n where the property you disclaim goes. That is handled by the estate planning documentts as though you had predeceased.
