Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
mother in law is about to pass 90 years old has had a male friend living with her. he is not on the will or on any of the docs that her lawyer house goes to the to sons and are to split mthe moneys and assets in half. friend is blocking accessto the home of the mother and won't give any doc to the son. She is in a care home that is costing $300. a day. which medicare won't cover. But she does have the funds to pay she is not abel to relate to what is going on. my husband needs avice cause we are not abel to pay for her care?

By now she has signed a new will. Maybe since there is so little time you could call Adult Protective Services.
