mothers estate went probate, but i will

When my mother died, my brother said her will was to old and disregarded it. They went through probate. I just found out that the will may be valid. What do I do?

A will is never "too old". The only way it terminates is through a new will or an express revocation of the old will.

However, if the original will was not properly drafted, it may be invalid as a will, and of no effect. It needs to be reviewed.

You can call me at 925-924-0100 or fax a copy of the will (if you still have it) to 925-397-3044
