My mothers partner, is executor of will, who filed as domestic partner, and spousal property ordet, my mom told me before she passed everythng she built at her work she dif for me sister and was to go to us, she said when her partner passed the motorhome they lived in would get sold and split between us kids. My moms partnet sold motorhone gave me an my sister nothing. She also has gptton everyth.g from moms work stocks except life insurance, how can she take what my mom left to me and m sister her beneficiaries, what can i do, i know this woman did some shafy stuff how can i prove it
