owner of 10% interest in house; other owners won't buy me out

I inherited a 10% interest in a house. The current tenants won't buy my portion out. I need the money like yesterday. What can I do to annoy them into it? A friend suggested showing up on their doorstep asking for keys so I can move in, or renting out a room to a stranger and collecting money... having my mail sent to the house, parking in their driveway, etc. Are these things illegal? Is it harrassment? By the way, the will and the deed lists us as tenants in common...

As a tenant in common you have the right to move it or to move a tenant in under your right. You can also bring a lawsuit called a partition action. Once they get served with the papers, they will probably capitulate and agree to a means to buy you out. You may accomplish the same thing with a good letter from a lawyer, but you will need to be prepared to file suit if the letter does not achieve the result you want.
