power of atorney, upon death of

what happens upon the demise of the appointed power of attorney, financial... the appointee is a senior, who is in possession of all her faculties.

The power expires, dies, goes away, has no effect. She has over faculties therefore in why can't she have control over finances. Who are you in relation to this and why do you care??? Just because someone is old doesn't mean they can take care of themselves. Why was the original power of attorney prepared, and whose real request.
