Power of attorney for my husband

Can I sign my husband's will if I have power of attorney?

No--it can be done with a court order, though. Trusts can also be created with the power of attorney, but may not be useful if unfunded and have no pour-over will.

See an attorney about your options--if not done properly and thoughtfully, it may not work and may not withstand challenges.
