Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
Trying to prevent an Anna Nicole Type Takeover
My father is still alive and we have recently been discussing estate planning; wills and bank accounts etc. My brother and I are set up to equally share everything. We are currently on all bank accounts and beneficiary to his IRA. He also owns a house. Our concern is if he changes his Will in the future will that supercede beneficiaries listed on bank accounts.

Is your father competent? If so, it is his decision. My advice, be good to him and those close to him.
