Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

probate attorney

recently you answered a question for me. My father & brother are deceased & own land valuing under $3000.00 with no will. How do I go about going to court to request a waiver of probate? Can I myself just walk in without representation or what are the steps. Please help?!

Re: probate attorney

On one of our firm's sites, No-Probate.com, there are links to forms for estates under $100,000.00 in total value. You should also be able to get the same from your local court.

This is what you will need to file and the forms (and if you are lucky the clerk) should be able to guide you through it all.
